My professional experience includes working in primary care settings, County mental health, director of psychiatry for inpatient units, as well as outpatient psychiatry clinics. I have a wide experience treating patients of all ages with complex psychiatric conditions including depressive disorders, bipolar disorders, psychotic disorders, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety disorders and autism spectrum disorders

Ralph Lissaur

Ralph Lissaur, MD

Dr. Lissaur is a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience treating a variety of patient populations for a broad range of psychiatric illnesses, including but not limited to psychotic disorders; depressive and bipolar disorders; anxiety disorders; obsessive compulsive disorders; post-traumatic stress disorder; and, personality disorders. He completed his psychiatry residency at the University of California, Irvine in 2007. Since then, Dr. Lissaur has worked for the State of California prison system, for the counties of Orange and Riverside, and in a number of other out-patient and in-patient settings. He also served as Health Sciences Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry for the University of California, Riverside, School of Medicine and as such taught and supervised psychiatric residents and medical students. Prior to starting his career in medicine, Dr. Lissaur earned graduate degrees in business and law, and worked as a tax lawyer for a number of years in New York City and in San Francisco, California. Dr. Lissaur was born in The Netherlands and Immigrated to the United States after finishing high school in Europe.

Charles D. Malinick

With over 30 years of practicing psychiatry, DR. Malinick has a rich history of working with a diverse patient population including children, adolescents, and adults. Throughout his career, he has treated a broad range of medical disorders, including but not limited to ADHD, Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, and OCD. He graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago, and then had a residency in general psychiatry through the University of Illinois Hospital and the Westside Veterans Administration Hospital at the Chicago Medical Center. He then went to the University of Pittsburgh, and completed a child and adolescent fellowship at the University’s Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic, after which he went to California, and opened up his private practice in 1988. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He joined the Desai Medical Group & Behavioral Health in 2022, where he continues to pursue his passion of practicing medicine so that he can improve his patients’ quality of life.

Working in VA hospital for 7 years in which 5 years for inpatient acute psychiatric unit. My goal is to deliver quality care and to increase quality of life. I specialize in young adult to geriatric/elderly patients for initial assessment, follow-up, sign and symptoms control, medications and behavior management. Performs assessment to rule out medical condition/s, diagnose and develop plan of care for patients with development functioning disability, ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, schizophrenia, depressive disorders, and bipolar disorders. Provides psychological/psychoeducational support to patients/family and caregivers as necessary.

Dr. Orji is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. He is also a board certified family nurse practitioner who has practiced as a primary care provider for 8 years. He had his psychiatric mental health nurse practice training at Brandman University, USA, and family nurse practice training at University of Phoenix, USA. He has vast experience of treating and caring for patients across all lifespans. He has a great passion to care, serve, and help people with mental and behavioral health issues.

Julius G Gill

Julius Gill has been working in healthcare since 1994 in various capacities as a nurse and nurse practitioner. He started his nursing career doing bedside care. Over the years he has worked as a nurse supervisor and educator. Mr. Gill assumed the duties of nurse practitioner in 2007. He is trained both as a Family Nurse Practitioner as well as an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. As an NP, he has treated patients in various settings, including, but not limited to, outpatient clinics, group homes, long-term care facilities and addiction centers. His goal is to help improve the quality of life of his patients through quality care. Mr. Gill brings a wealth of clinical experience to our team.

She treats patients in all lifespan with psychiatric disorders such as depression, schizophrenia, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, Autism and PTSD. She also had an extensive work experience as a nurse in Loma Linda-BMC, Corona Regional Medical Center-Willows, Riverside public health for children in foster care, Canyon Ridge Hospital and Patton State Hospital for over 18+ years. Her primary goal is to provide quality of care to the underserved community.

Nkiruka Christina Anakor obtained her first degree in banking and finance and Bachelor of Science (Nursing). She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP) and obtained her second master’s certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a prestigious Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from University of Massachusetts (Umass global). She worked multiple hospitals rising to the Director Clinical Nurse Educator. She transitioned into the County hospital as a Charge Nurse/Supervisor at a Riverside University Health System Emergency Health Services for mental health.

As a Nurse leader and provider, Anakor is compassionate, caring, and a mental health advocate with a philosophical desire to help and support patient and family. Provides quality of care, promotes safety/supportive care, critically assess and evaluated problems to provide Evidence based treatment for patient to promote and improve patient experiences, safety, and outcomes.

She is exceptionally grateful and eager to work with a multidisciplinary staff with an integrated practice to provide comprehensive needs assessments in various patient care settings.

Dr. Robert Hull is a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the Inland Empire. He is committed to promoting individual and collective resilience. His clients are involved in self progress and are attempting to be the best they can be who sometimes find themselves held back by anxiety and depression.

Dr. Hull’s clients navigate feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression that have become overwhelming, and impact how they think, react, and behave in all areas of life. He is committed to maintaining a diverse, equitable, and inclusive practice, which serves as a safe harbor for people of the global majority. With a background working within the prison system and as a social worker, he is particularly sensitive to those with a history of incarceration, foster care placement, and those who identify as LGBTQIA. In addition to local offices, Dr. Robert Hull offers the flexibility of remote therapy sessions, and welcomes clients to his online practice. Outside of practice, Dr. Hull enjoys music, film, reading, strength training, and is an avid animal lover.

Dr. Akpengbe, DNP, has completed his Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Brandman University in California, and a master’s degree in science with a specialty in nursing practice from Walden University in Minnesota. He is certified to provide psychiatric services in California and has amassed over 17 years of experience in mental health and medical care since 2005.
