Ralph Lissaur, MD

Dr. Lissaur is a board-certified psychiatrist with extensive experience treating a variety of patient populations for a broad range of psychiatric illnesses, including but not limited to psychotic disorders; depressive and bipolar disorders; anxiety disorders; obsessive compulsive disorders; post-traumatic stress disorder; and, personality disorders. He completed his psychiatry residency at the University of California, Irvine in 2007. Since then, Dr. Lissaur has worked for the State of California prison system, for the counties of Orange and Riverside, and in a number of other out-patient and in-patient settings. He also served as Health Sciences Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry for the University of California, Riverside, School of Medicine and as such taught and supervised psychiatric residents and medical students. Prior to starting his career in medicine, Dr. Lissaur earned graduate degrees in business and law, and worked as a tax lawyer for a number of years in New York City and in San Francisco, California. Dr. Lissaur was born in The Netherlands and Immigrated to the United States after finishing high school in Europe.

Charles D. Malinick, MD

With over 30 years of practicing psychiatry, DR. Malinick has a rich history of working with a diverse patient population including children, adolescents, and adults. Throughout his career, he has treated a broad range of medical disorders, including but not limited to ADHD, Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, and OCD. He graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago, and then had a residency in general psychiatry through the University of Illinois Hospital and the Westside Veterans Administration Hospital at the Chicago Medical Center. He then went to the University of Pittsburgh, and completed a child and adolescent fellowship at the University’s Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic, after which he went to California, and opened up his private practice in 1988. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He joined the Desai Medical Group & Behavioral Health in 2022, where he continues to pursue his passion of practicing medicine so that he can improve his patients’ quality of life.

She has a Bachelor in Nursing and Business Administration, Masters in Health Care Management, and post-bachelorette in Nursing FNP/GNP. She completed her Doctoral Studies in Obesity Medicine and post-doctoral PMHNP Fellow at the Brandman University, school of Nursing. Dr. Mozia completed post-doctoral in PMHNP from Brandman University and KySS Child-Adolescent Mental Health Fellowship Program at the Ohio State School of Nursing. Her education and training in nursing and medicine spans over several interests. Julius Gill has been working in healthcare since 1994 in various capacities as a nurse and nurse practitioner. He started his nursing career doing bedside care. Over the years he has worked as a nurse supervisor and educator. Mr. Gill assumed the duties of nurse practitioner in 2007. He is trained both as a Family Nurse Practitioner as well as an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. As an NP, he has treated patients in various settings, including, but not limited to, outpatient clinics, group homes, long-term care facilities and addiction centers. He is committed to maintaining a diverse, equitable, and inclusive practice, which serves as a safe harbor for people of the global majority. With a background working within the prison system and as a social worker, he is particularly sensitive to those with a history of incarceration, foster care placement, and those who identify as LGBTQIA. In addition to local offices, Dr. Robert Hull offers the flexibility of remote therapy sessions, and welcomes clients to his online practice. Outside of practice, Dr. Hull enjoys music, film, reading, strength training, and is an avid animal lover.
